The eighties

In 1982, attorney Philipp Ukert joined the law firm. Mr Ukert was previously known to Messrs Radischat and Petersson; he had completed his legal training as a trainee lawyer in the law firm with great success.

Mr. Ukert managed to build up a lively practice with a strong focus on commercial law. One of the heavyweights was labor law. Mr. Ukert qualified as a specialist lawyer for labor law and, based on this, built up the labor law department. It is particularly due to his initiative that Mr. Petersson and he qualified as specialist lawyers for tax law and jointly founded the prosecuting ROTAX Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH.

Mr. Ukert confirmed himself on a voluntary basis in various committees. He was a member of the board of the Hanseatic Bar Association for a number of years and was a member of the board of one of the large German aid organizations as a legal advisor.
