The eighties

Attorney Philipp Ukert joined the law firm in 1982. Philipp Ukert was already known to Hans Radischat and Wulf Berend Petersson because he had successfully completed his legal traineeship in the law firm.

Philipp Ukert succeeded in further expanding the practice, which is strongly oriented towards commercial law. One of the heavyweights was labor law. After the introduction of the new specialist lawyer direction, Philipp Ukert qualified as a specialist lawyer for labor law and, based on this, built up the firm's labor law department. It is particularly due to his initiative that Wulf Berend Petersson and he further qualified as specialist lawyers for tax law and founded ROTAX Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, which is affiliated with the law firm.

Philipp Ukert also confirmed himself as a volunteer in various committees. He was a member of the board of the Hanseatic Bar Association for a number of years and was a member of the board of one of the large German aid organizations as a legal advisor.
